We, at RIC, are committed in respecting the value of information and providing adequate management as an Information Service Company. Recognizing the significant social impacts that can be brought upon by the unwanted usage of personal information, we have established this Privacy Policy concerning the collection, usage, and provision of such information.

1. Develop a compliance program conforming to the JIS Standard (IS Q 15001) for the adequate protection of personal information adhering to applicable laws and regulations. This program shall be continuously

revised to flexibly respond to any changes in the environment.

2. Establish a separate administrative framework for the protection of personal information for each business, taking into consideration its scale and content; and establish and adhere to principles and guidelines concerning the collection, usage, and provision of personal information.

3. Identify the exact purpose of collection and provide fair and legal handling to the extent of fulfilling the

intent, given the consent of the subject individual.

4. Provide appropriate handling in the usage and provision of collected personal information; and restrain from disclosing and/or providing such information to a third party, except in the case when law requires, or in the significant case of protecting the rights of the subject individual or public.

5. Implement reasonable security measures with both technical and organizational aspects for the protection and accuracy of personal information usage; and for the prevention and correction of any losses, damages, leakages, or unauthorized access of such information.
